Added language selection links to the README for easier access to translated versions: German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Chinese.

At this time, we likely won't be adding Italian translations immediately as we're focusing on maintaining core language support. However, if we see significant demand from Italian-speaking users in the future, we'd be happy to reconsider this.
