Based on various feedback, this is a complete revision of the Docker Compose self hosting guide:

  • Minimal configuration
  • Works out of the box

More advanced users who are setting up reverse proxies and need specific firewall settings are expected to edit this "standard" compose configuration to meet their needs.

This setup is optimized for a semi-technical self-hosting user who is looking to host on their local machine.
